Hereβs a piece of my heart - the part that chose this work
I found coaching at a crossroads in my life. I was deciding whether to continue advancing in nursing or choose something entirely different. While exploring functional health and nurse practitioner programs, I stumbled upon coachingβand something resonated with me. I realized that so much of what coaching isβ¦ is what Iβve already been doing my whole life.
Iβve always loved helping people uncover their storiesβwhere theyβve been, where they are, and what feels meaningful to them.. Iβm not someone who wants to tell people what to do. Iβm much more drawn to being a guide, someone who walks alongside you while you figure things out in a way that feels true to you. I do this naturally with friends, in my nursing career, and now intentionally in my coaching practiceβhelping people feel more at peace, more clear, and more connected to what they want.
Authenticity is at the heart of how I show up. Iβve always craved deeper meaning and deeper connectionβin my relationships, in my work, and in my life. And through my own journey, I discovered that the most important relationship I would ever have was the one with myself. In the midst of life happening, I realized there was an entire world within me waiting to be explored.
Before I became a nurse, I cared for my grandmother during her battle with cancer. That experience shaped me deeply and taught me how precious life is, especially when youβre young and learning how quickly everything can change. Later, working in critical care across different populations reinforced that lesson. My nursing background has given me the ability to sit with hard conversationsβabout loss, fear, uncertainty, and griefβwithout trying to fix them. Just being present. Just holding space.
That presence is what I bring into coaching. Iβm a deep feeler. I notice energy shifts, emotional undercurrents, and the quiet signals that something inside wants attention. Instead of judging those moments, I meet them with curiosity.
In the space we create together, I invite every part of you. The messy parts. The happy parts. The unsure, tender, growing parts. I intentionally welcome your inner child into our conversations, because that part of you still holds creativity, truth, and lightβand itβs been waiting to be seen.
This is a space where you donβt have to have it all figured out. You donβt have to be polished or βtogether.β You get to show up exactly as you are, knowing youβll be met with safety, care, and acceptance.
My approach is centered around holistic practice, neuroscience, spirituality, mindfulness, meditation, and inner child healing
My inspiration
Much of my work is shaped by my own experience β navigating uncertainty, listening for my inner voice, and learning what it means to trust myself again after periods of doubt, overthinking, and comparison. I know what itβs like to search for answers outside of yourself, to consume information, tools, and guidance β and still feel stuck. Over time, I learned that clarity didnβt come from more noise. It came from slowing down, listening inward, and honoring what felt true β even when it felt unfamiliar or uncomfortable.
